The following are FREE activities; however, they have limited spaces available.
The spaces are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
However, more spaces may be added should there become an overwhelming response to the below.

Our weekly local walk locations are listed at the bottom of this document. These are every week across Leicestershire, and anyone is free to attend each week.
We do host an Under 26's group, this is focused on providing activities for that specific age group. However, if a person is over 18 and they wish to join the general adult groups, they are more than welcome and this is their choice to which service they want to join. The specific under 26 activities can be found at www.thelegupproject.com/under26. Some of these activities fall onto the same days as the general adult groups, but they will be ran separately on the day.

What activities do you offer?
Group Canoeing
Our canoeing sessions are facilitated by Trent Adventures along the River Trent. 2 people to a boat. Group are typically between 10 and 20 people.
Camping
The freedom for you to camp inside a tent or hammock or under a shelter amongst a group of like minded individuals. Cooking on an open fire, bushcraft skills and a smile the whole time you're there.
Abseiling
We offer two types of abseiling, from manmade structures submerged in nature or on natures formation. All are in groups mixed by gender, typically 10-20 people in size.
Mountain / Hill Walking
For those that want to see some of the beauty spots around The Peak District, Leicestershire and further afield (including Wales). We offer guided group hikes across some of the most beautiful spots in the UK.
Kayaking
1 person per boat in various locations in and around Leicestershire.
Local Walking Groups
We run both a mens and a womens local walking group. These are group sessions that occur weekly across North West Leicestershire. There is no pressure to attend every session. Increase those steps, help clear your mind!
